So I wasn’t always confident, happy or healthy. In the beginning of my fitness journey I was actually pretty anxious, depressed and stressed. The kid who drank soda with most meals, and ate fast food several days a week? That was me. Before ever reaching any of my fitness goals I was just looking for an escape from life’s challenges and everyday stress.

What I found out was the gym is actually a haven for other people looking for self improvement, progress, and steady health. Another idea came to me is that as kids, we all liked to play... right? What happened? Did anything really change? In my opinion and experience, no the only thing that happened is we put off our enjoyment of getting outside and focused more on our responsibilities. Now its time to realize the gym is important too, and can be more than a playground, it’s a place where we can transform our lives.

We learn more than just how to get in shape.
We learn consistency, humility, mental fortitude, and self control. INVALUABLE life skills that any successful person has or develops over the course of their life.

So whether or not you decide to become one of my training clients I encourage you to add fitness to your lifestyle. You’ll never regret improving your health and self image.
